A Day of
Excitement on the Elizabeth
The 2nd Annual Portsmouth Paddle Battle is in the books and, judging from the comments we have received, a great time was had by all! A little less wind might have helped, but a little challenge is good every now and then. And speaking about a challenge, the inaugural Challenge Cup finally got off to a start with the Norfolk Naval Shipyard beating the US Coast Guard 5th District, Base Portsmouth.
Photos:
This year the City had two photographers on site, including award winning photographer and director David Haycox, to take superb photos of the Paddle Paddle. Thank you to David Haycox, to James McCann (City photographer) and to Renee Russell (official Friends photographer). Photos are here.
