Entry in the Challenge Cup is free and is limited to active duty Navy and Coast Guard uniformed personnel presently assigned to a Portsmouth-based Navy or Coast Guard Command. You will need to present active duty identification (for example, a CAC card) when you check in on the morning of the Race.
